Homeowner Vision: This client wanted to remodel the current garage into a mudroom and add a new garage to the right side of the home. Above the garage addition, they wanted a new Master Suite.

Everstead’s Creation: The property heald an easement that leads the designer to angle the garage, adding a unique touch to the front facade. The new Master Suite provided an oasis of privacy away from the excitement of the rest of the home.
