Back in 2007, Bradley Huxol established Residential Engineering Services, LLC (RES) as a supplementary source of income for his family. What started as a part-time (ad)venture gradually blossomed into an organization comprised of over 15 engineers, residential designers, and administrative staff. By June 2021, we evolved into Everstead. Our founding ethos remains the same: to act as unbiased residential experts in the Kansas City Metro Area. Our mission? To aid KC homeowners and professionals in unlocking innovative design and time-tested engineering solutions.

Originally, Everstead focused on small inspections and repair designs for homeowners, realtors, and contractors. As our excellent reputation and positive reviews proliferated, so did our client base. Today, Everstead’s services span all aspects of residential engineering and design, even catering to larger production builders.
