Homeowner Vision: Our clients envisioned a 2-story home with the Master on the 2nd story, an open concept plan with a beautiful kitchen. They wanted to stay around 2,700 sqft and wished for a modern facade with hipped roofs.

Everstead’s Creation: For this plan, our designer wanted to give this client a grand entryway that featured a stairway with a double-height ceiling. The design brings lots of natural light into the spacious living areas.
